What is a domain name?

A domain name is the address of your website, for example yourcompany.nl. Visitors type it in or see it in search results.

Can I move my existing domain name to you?

Usually yes. We first check where your domain is now and arrange the transfer so your website and email keep working.

Who owns the domain name?

You do. We register the domain in your name, so you can always take it with you.

Which extension should I choose: .nl or .com?

If you mainly work in the Netherlands, .nl is familiar and trusted. If you also target international customers, .com or a second domain can make sense.

Which devices does the POS system run on?

It runs on Apple, Android and Windows devices, so you can often use the tablets or computers you already have.

What is a Google Business Profile?

It is the free business profile Google shows in search results and on Maps, with details such as name, address, opening hours, photos and reviews.

Do I need a Google Business Profile if I already have a website?

Yes. For local searches the profile is often the first thing customers see, and it works alongside your website.

How much does a Google Business Profile cost?

The profile itself is free. If you want us to set it up or optimise it, we give you a price on request.

Can you take over or improve my existing profile?

Yes. If the profile already exists, we can improve it in consultation with you, without you losing control.

Plugins and modules for WordPress and Odoo

How soon can I download after payment?

With PayPal right after payment, on the confirmation page and in your account. With a bank transfer as soon as we have received your payment.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes. After ordering you see our bank details and a payment reference. As soon as the amount arrives your download is released.

Will I get an invoice?

Yes, automatically in your account under Invoices. You can print it or save it as a PDF.

Where do I find my downloads later?

In your account under Downloads, including the latest version of every product you bought.

What if something does not work?

Email us with your order number; you will get a personal reply. For custom work you can also get in touch.
