Dave’s Websites values your privacy. In this policy you can read which personal data we process, why we do so, how long we keep data and which rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR; in Dutch: AVG). Which data do we process and why?

• Contact form and email: name, company name, email address, phone number and your message. We use this data to answer your question and to prepare a quotation or introductory conversation. Basis: your consent or the performance of an agreement.
• Client data: for an assignment we process the data needed for quotation, delivery, invoicing and administration. Basis: performance of the agreement and legal obligations.
• Server and access logs: technical data such as IP address, time and requested page. We use these for security and management of the website. Basis: legitimate interest.
• Cookies: we use functional cookies that are necessary for the website to work. For analytics or marketing cookies we ask for your consent in advance, if we use them.
• YouTube videos: videos are only loaded after you click on them. Only then is data exchanged with YouTube (Google), in accordance with YouTube’s privacy policy.

How long do we keep data?

We do not keep data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. We keep messages sent via the contact form for as long as needed to handle your question and not longer than reasonable afterwards. We keep administrative data for as long as the law requires.

Who do we share data with?

We do not sell your data. We only share data with parties that are necessary for our services, such as hosting providers, email services and accounting, and only where this is necessary or legally required. Where needed, we conclude a data processing agreement with processors.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict processing, to object and to data portability. Send a request to info@daveswebsites.nl. Do you have a complaint? You can contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
