WordPress is the most widely used system for websites. That has advantages for you: a lot has been developed for it, a large community keeps improving it, and you are not dependent on a single agency. Your site belongs to you and can, in principle, be moved elsewhere at any time.
WordPress does require regular maintenance, though: updates to the system, theme and plug-ins, and good security. We can take care of that through website maintenance and hosting with backups. How long does it take to build a website?
That depends on the scope, the number of pages and how quickly copy and images are available. In the intro call we draw up a realistic schedule.
What do I need to get started?
A general idea of what you want to achieve, your logo and branding if you have them, and material such as photos. If something is missing, we will help.
Can I edit text myself after launch?
Yes. The site is built in WordPress and you get an explanation of how to manage it, so you can change text and photos yourself.
Will my website work on mobile?
Yes. We build responsively and test on phone, tablet and computer before the site goes online.
Can my website be extended with a web shop later?
Yes. We take growth into account in the set-up, so you can add a web shop or extra features later.
